What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards, including American Express, Discover, Mastercard, Diners Club and Visa, as well as digital payments, including Apple Pay and Google Pay.

What shipping methods do you offer?

We partner with UPS and FedEx Ground to ship our products to you within the contiguous U.S. It may take up to three business days to process and ship your order. Orders may take three to seven business days to arrive after shipping. Tracking information will be provided via email once the order ships. For more information, visit our Shipping & Delivery page.

What is your return policy?

To request a return, email customercare@safesteptub.com and include your order number, a list of items you wish to return and your reason for returning. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive your returned items, your refund will be processed using your original payment method.
